Shipping Policy 

 
auctionPAL's shipping rates reflect our actual shipping costs, which includes both postage and the cost of packing materials. In order to expedite your order, auctionPAL reserves the right to use any of the leading shipping carriers. Our standard service is Ground Service with Insurance. USPS Priority is available for PO Boxes. Rates will be quoted as required for large or heavy items. Tracking numbers will be emailed after shipment.

auctionPAL ships from multiple locations. In fact, the item will remain in the possession of the original owner until it is shipped to the winning bidder. When possible we will combine shipping and refund part of your costs. Please contact us if you anticipate a combined shipping opportunity.

At this time, we are unable to ship to countries outside of the United States. However, we can ship to American territories (Guam, Puerto Rico, etc.) and APO/FPOs. Please note that additional shipping charges may be incurred when shipping to Alaska and Hawaii. Please contact us before payment if you have any questions on shipping charges.

If an item is damaged in shipping, please notify us as soon as possible and save your shipping carton and packaging. We can be reached via email at piper@auctionPAL.com or by phone at (800) 360-9066.
