Our goal is for our buyers to be content with their purchases. Should you find a problem with an item you receive, please contact us right away by phone at 800-360-9066 or by email at piper@auctionpal.com. If we made the mistake, the full purchase price and shipping will be refunded.
All returns require return authorization. Return authorizations will be issued for items damaged in transit, or subject to a description or packing error. Requests for return authorizations must be made within 3 days of receipt of merchandise. Items must be returned in original condition. All packaging and instructions must be clean and intact, with warranty cards unfilled for new items. Used items must be in the same condition as when shipped. Returns must be shipped within 3 business days from receipt of return authorization.
